Self Certification of Entities

Foreign Entity Terms of use

I/we, Mr./Ms.___________________ of _____________________ address _______________________ , hereby, certify that l/we, am/are, the authorized representative/s of the Occupier/ Proprietor/ Partner/ Director/ Employer/ Principal Employer/ Contractor of the establishments / entity.

I/we, hereby, certify that the above-mentioned establishments/entity has fully and correctly complied with all the provisions of Guidelines for promotion and development of Geospatial Data and Maps of DST F.No.SM/25/02/2020 (Part-I) dated 15th February, 2021 during the year ____________________________ , which includes the following:

S.No. Provision of Guidelines
1 We, certify that for any part of the activities mentioned in the guidelines, we are not subject to, and not controlled by any entity or individual that is subject to a temporary suspension or ban or blacklisting or debarred for corrupt and fraudulent practices by any Government/Semi-Government entity of India.
2 We, certify that all our sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants or service providers for any part of the activities mentioned in the guidelines are pre-registered and have signed the Self-Declaration Form of Govt. of India in this respect.
3 We, undertake that negative list of attributes as published by the Government have not been acquired and shall not be marked on any Map and location on a Map with prohibited attributes.
4 We,undertakethatMaps/GeospatialDataofspatialaccuracy/valuefinerthanthethresholdvalueshallnotbe createdbytheentity. Maps/GeospatialDataofspatialaccuracy/valuefinerthanthethresholdvalueshallonlybeaccessedin the manner as given in sub -clause 8 (viii)of the said guidelines.
5 We undertake that we will not have physical access through any aerial/territorial water route to any establishment, installation or premises to which the access is restricted by the Ministry/Department concerned as being the owner of such premises.
6 We, undertake that Ground truthing/verification data and access to Indian ground stations and augmentation services for real time positioning CORS(Continuously Operating Reference Stations etc.) data shall not be done by the entity.
7 We, undertake that Terrestrial Mobile Mapping survey, 3D laser /Photo Scanning survey and surveying in Indian territorial waters shall not be done by the entity.
8 We, undertake that Digital Maps/Geospatial Data of spatial accuracy/value finer than the threshold value shall only be stored and processed on a domestic cloud or on servers physically located within the territory of India.
9 We,undertakethatDigitalMaps/GeospatialDataofspatialaccuracy/valuefinerthanthethresholdvalueshall not be exported and while doing so for the Maps/Geospatial Data of spatial accuracy/value coarser than the threshold value, attributes in the negative lists shall not be marked on Digital Maps/Geospatial Data.
10 We undertake that digital boundary data ofthe Survey of India shall be used as a standard for publishing political Maps of India of any scale including national, state and other boundaries.
