We, certify that for any part of the activities mentioned in the guidelines, we are not subject to, and not controlled by any entity or individual that is subject to a temporary suspension or ban or blacklisting or debarredfor corrupt and fraudulent practices by any Government/Semi-Government entity of India. |

We, certify that all our sub-contractors, suppliers, consultants or service providers for any part of the activities mentioned in the guidelines are pre-registered and have signed the Self-Declaration Form of Govt. of India in this respect. |

We, undertake that negative list of attributes as published by the Government have not been acquired and shall not be marked on any Map and location on a Map with prohibited attributes. |

We undertake that we will not have physical access through any aerial/territorial water route to any establishment, installation or premises to which the access is restricted by the Ministry/Department concerned as being the owner of such premises. |

We, undertake that Maps/Geospatial Data of spatial accuracy/value finer than the threshold value created by the entity shall not be made available/shared with any foreign entity except in the manner as given in sub- clause 8(viii)of the said guidelines. |

We, undertake that Ground truthing/verification data and access to Indian ground stations and augmentation services for real time positioning (Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS), etc.) data shall not be provided/shared with any foreign entity. Any data which shall be shared with foreign entities will be based on the protocols as mentioned in the said guidelines. |

We, undertake that data of Terrestrial Mobile Mapping survey, 3Dlaser/Photo Scanning survey and surveying in Indian territorial waters shall not be made available/shared with any foreign entity. Any data which shall be shared with foreign entities will be based on the protocols as mentioned in the said guidelines. |

We, undertake that Digital Maps/Geospatial Data of spatial accuracy/value finer than the threshold value shall only be stored and processed on a domestic cloud or on servers physically located within the territory of India. |

We, undertake that Digital Maps/Geospatial Data of spatial accuracy/value finer than the threshold value shall not be exported and while doing so for the Maps/Geospatial Data of spatial accuracy/value coarser than the threshold value, attributes in the negative lists shall not be marked on Digital Maps/Geospatial Data. |

We, undertake that the Survey of India digital boundary data shall be used as standard for publishing political Maps of India of any scale including national, state and other boundaries. |
